How to Make Your Order

1. Order a sample from link above

2. Confirm Stationery Order
Information needed to Make Order:
• Order Form (sent with sample)
• Wording (click here for words page for suggestions)
• Colour swatches
• Original photos or images
• Deposit payment of 40% of the order value to confirm your order.

3. You will receive desktop proofs in the post 1-2 weeks after receipt of your deposit and all required information.

4. Request any changes. It is really important to get everything right during the proofing stage, corrections after the final proof will cost extra.

5. Approve final proofs either return the approval form or approve via email.

6. Make balance payment.

7. Final order commenced when balance payment is cleared and proof approval received.

8. Your printed stationery will be despatched, usually by Special Delivery, to your home or office within 2-3 weeks of us receiving proof approval and balance payment has cleared.

Timing: Wedding Invitations are often recommended to be sent out 8-12 weeks before the wedding. If you have a wedding June to September, you are getting married abroad, or you have a lot of guests coming from abroad, you may wish to send out invitations earlier.

Entwine wedding invitations can take from 3-6 weeks to produce, from initial order. Please try to order at least 12-16 weeks before the wedding. These are just guidelines, we will try to fit in rush jobs.

Terms & Conditions

When you place an order with Entwine, you will be asked to sign an order, the following terms and conditions apply.
The usual contract details - we'll do the work carefully, you'll pay on time, etc; but have a look- before you sign! Any questions, feel free to email.
PAYMENT
i No work will commence until the stated amount is received in full by Entwine Stationery. This is 40% deposit for proofs stage and the balance to commence the final stationery. Cheques payable to Gail Hoban.
PROOF READING & CHANGES
ii Though we will endeavour to correct any and all grammatical errors we find, you are responsible for the proof reading of any text/copy at the final proof stage. We will not proceed with printing until we have received a proof signed, dated and approved as correct. In the event that we are unable to contact you for clarification, the most recently dated version of any proof which has been signed and approved as correct by you will be taken as being the definitive version, and shall be used in the make-up of finished items. In the absence of a signed proof we will not proceed with printing.
All costs include 2 sets of minor changes. If changes are beoynd this you may incur an additional cost at the discretion of Entwine.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
iii If you cancel your order, a cancellation fee is payable as follows:
a 0% of the amount paid if the order is cancelled prior to any work commencing (ie: no proof prepared, no assembly of items begun)
b 100% of the amount paid if the order is cancelled after completion of /on delivery of finished items
c If the order is cancelled during the make-up of finished items, Entwine Stationery reserve the right to determine an appropriate refund pending an examination of the amount of work carried out up to the point of cancellation. If you are in doubt about which items you are ordering, it is strongly recommended you ask for copy prior to placing an order
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
iv In the unlikely event of work delivered and found to be subject to change(s) to the agreed text which was (were) carried out without the client's approval in writing or by fax, the client shall be entitled to alterations to the items OR replacement of the items as deemed appropriate by Entwine, free of charge, subject to any such changes being brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. An exception to this is in the event of our being unable to obtain clarification of final proof from you (see clause ii) when a reprint will be at our discretion
DELIVERY
v Entwine Stationery shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring in transit via Royal Mail or consequential loss(es) as a result of same. We will take every care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used
HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE?
vi A delivery is subject to a) the prompt receipt of your payment and signed confirmation of order b) your prompt return of proof(s) and c) the quantity and extent of any amendments thereto; also d) availability of stock. All orders are subject to a 28-day standard lead time: we will endeavour to complete all orders within 28 days of receipt of order (being the date when any cheque is cleared or payment is processed) but this cannot be guaranteed - if you have a specific deadline in mind this must be brought to our attention BEFORE any order is placed.
Please note our lead time may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control such as postal strike, delayed paper delivery or unavailable materials, bank holidays, staff sickness and Royal Mail error. We will contact you if, at any point, there is an anticipated problem with the execution of an order and you will be kept informed of progress thereafter as appropriate.
Under no circumstances shall Entwine be liable for any consequential loss or damages arising from the late delivery of items and it remains your responsibility to order in good time for your event. If an early deadline has been arranged, at an additional charge at an agreed percentage of total order amount, we will take every care to ensure it is met
vii The copyright in the design and layout of the work is retained by Gail Hoban in perpetuity. Challenges to or breaches of copyright will be vigorously pursued.
