Entwine send order deliveries via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is an insured up to £500 and signed for service. This is to give both Entwine and our customers the reassurance that your order has arrived safely. We ask for a weekday address to send to where it can be signed for. This may be a work address or relatives home address.

The delivery cost is dependent upon weight.
Orders weighing up to 500g cost £5.40
Orders weighing up to 1kg cost £7.50
Orders weighing up to 2kg cost £9.50
Orders weighing up to 10kg cost £22.00

Sometimes we split a large order as 2 seperate delivery parcels, we will let you know in advance.

Small extras orders are sent Recorded Delivery.

Entwine contact you just before your order is complete to check delivery address and arrange a convenient date. Once despatched, we will email tracking details in case you need to organise redelivery etc.
